The follow article provides instructions on how to reset the password for your combined billing and TV login.

How to reset your password

1.    In a web browser, navigate to 

2.    Select "My Account" at the top of the screen.

3.    Click the "Forgot your Password?" link.

4.    Enter your registered email address.

5. Navigate to your email inbox where you will have received a link to enter a new password. 

You're all set! This new password and your email address will be your credentials for both your TV and billing accounts.
