Reminder: The login credentials to the Fort Collins Connexion TV app are the same ones used for the MyBroadbandAccount portal.

Steps to change your password when you can login to your My Broadband Account.


1. Navigate to https://mybroadbandaccount.com/FortCollinsConnexion/


2. Login to your My Broadband Account





3. From the home page Select Change Password from the Right hand Menu.


4. Type in your Old Password

    Type in a New Password

    Retype your New Password in the Confirm Password field.

    Click Change
 



5. Your Password has been Changed




Steps to change your password when you can not login to your My Broadband Account.


1.  Navigate to https://mybroadbandaccount.com/FortCollinsConnexion/



2. Click on Forgot your password?


3. Type in your email address and complete the security Check


4. Press Email - You will get a Green box (Email will be sent shortly. Please follow the link in the email to change your password. )


5. Open the password reset email and click on the link



6. Type in a New Password

    Retype your New Password in the Confirm Password field.

    Click Change


7. Your Password has been Changed
