When you'll need your login

• During initial setup: The Connexion login screen appears after language, Wi‑Fi, and Google/Services screens.
• After completing Google Account setup: If you skip Google, you’ll still proceed to the Connexion sign‑in screen to enable TV service.

Login credentials

• Your FC Connexion User ID: The same username that is used to log in to your billing account.
• Your FC Connexion Password: The password associated with your Connexion billing account.

Entering your credentials

1. Using on‑screen keyboard: Use the remote’s directional‑pad to highlight each character; press OK to enter it. Use the backspace icon to correct mistakes. Passwords are case‑sensitive.
2. Navigating with remote control: Move between the username and password fields with the directional‑pad; press OK to focus a field. After entering both, highlight “Sign In” (or “Login”) and press OK.
